If you have an unfair relationship with your lender you could be entitled to thousands in compensations or even have the balance completely written off.
If your audit is returned as a fair agreement, hence no claim, you will receive a FULL refund.
The whole process from the start of your claim to conclusion is approx 12 months. If you receive any contact from your lender once you have put your case into dispute then let them know that the solicitors are now dealing with your claim and to contact them with any future correspondence.
There are no back end charges.
